New at this but will ask my question. I have Jidetech P14-4X-5MP ptz camera that I am trying to add to blueiris but can not find the correct protocol. Device is C6F0SoZ3N0PdL2

If no joy from the above suggestion, specs infer it's ONVIF compatible. If so, download and run ODM, put in cam's user/pass into ODM, at the upper part of bottom panel click on "Live View". If it comes up, the RTSP URL is down at the bottom-right. That can be manually inserted in Blue Iris for the video path if a "find/Inspect" in Blue Iris doesn't work for the cam.
