Hi, I'm a new owner of a HIKVISION DS-2CD2H55FWD camera and getting some real trouble in configuring it. I'm really not an expert, however running some PCs in a network with no problems. Now adding my first network camera shows my limitations.
Camera attached to a network, PC running Windows10.
Live view is OK. Zooming in/out OK. Night/day is OK.
Normal "record button" recorded videos are OK.
But: I can't find where the videos of a trigged event have been stored on my PC.
With iVMS-4200 Client Version 2.6.2.7 each event triggered results in a sound and a pop up of Alarm Information Windows saying: "Please configure the related Storage Server". But I don't know how and where.

With Version 2.7.0.6 this pop up disappears but still the sound of the triggered event can be heard and e-mail is sent. But still can't find any recorded event video.
Question: Are HDD with a certain format necessary? And if yes, how to format it?
I found in the hikstore.log this info for every HDD on my system like this:
2017-12-25 19:04:48,048 WARN [0x00000454] hikstore - <..\..\src\hikstore\storformat.cpp [2711] HIKSTORE_CheckDisk>,Leave HIKSTORE_CheckDisk unformated diskpath=Y:, because path=Y:/PCNVR_RECORD_FILE not exist.
Any help/advise you could give to me?
