Hello all,
Just signed up today. I want a home security system and after buying, installing and ultimately uninstalling and returning an Amcrest system, I decided I needed some help from people who don't have a dog in the fight, but know all about 'em.

So, can you give me some direction as to which area I should look in? I'm trying to get a feel for which systems are the most reliable for the buck.
