I'm Alex, live in Indy. Just put together a home system and bought BI a couple months ago. Have been using the mobile app until my IP address rotated, and now can't get it to connect again. thought I would browse the interwebs for any suggestions and I've found myself here....sooooo from Indiana, Hello!

I'm not so sure there's a cure for your ills my friend! Appearantly I've caught the ipcamaritis and maybe ipcamaraderie... lab results are pending

I upgraded my version of the mobile BI and now it works when im at home, but it still wont work away from my wifi....thoughts? Firewall or some type of security setting on the server?

i sent in a message to the support on BI and haven't heard back from anyone yet

Have you checked your port forwarding in your firewall? Did you configure a DDNS server?
