What is the IP address of your NVR?

What is(are) the IP address(es) of your camera?

Can you http://your-cameras-ip-address from your browser and get a login page?

I do not have a Hikvision NVR, but others have indicated if you attempt to use a chinese (language) camera on your NVR you will get an error (language mismatch) and it will not work.

NVR up I think is default up is 192.168.10.1
Camera IP is 192.168.1.64 I have added is in the NVR manually thanks btw

So in this section the web nvr GUI you have added 192.168.1.64 that’s the default address of the ip cam. looks ok on the port settings
Under manual as you said you typed admin then the camera password
Hit save,it should then say connecting then online if it says language mismatch you will have to read up about getting them to full English.

If you are able to connect to the IP camera from your computer's browser, this means your computer and IP camera are on the same subnet as your NVR.

Does your NVR have a "public" and "private" subnet (e.g. are the cameras normally connected to the NVR on a separate network to effectively isolate them "behind" the NVR)?

If so, then your cameras need an IP address on that subnet and need to be connected to the private network side of the NVR.

Offhand it sounds to me like you have a basic NVR/Camera network configuration issue.

Omg all just got it working had to change ip of camera to 192.168.254.xx and ipv4 to 192.168.254.2 that did the trick got 2 cams working now my third cam has a password locked on it so have to figure that out now
