NIU-E4032-W28 Mini IR Turret IP Camera

Anyone have the user manual for this camera? I am looking for the default login (user/password).

I inherited a bunch of these camera, looking to hook them up to a dahua nvr. I am able to get to the webgui; but none of the generic logins work. I have opened the dome and reset the camera with the push button, but no luck.

Set PC to static IP of 192.168.1.20, subnet mask of255.255.255.0, no gateway or preferered DNS needed.
Remove camera power.
Connect PC directly to camera if using 12VDC wall wart or to POE switch or POE injector if camera powered by POE.
Press and hold reset button.
Apply power with reset button held in.
Hold for 30 seconds before releasing. If successful you should be asked to enter a new username/password.
If Dahua OEM, IP will be 192.168.1.108.
If Hikvision OEM, IP will (most likely) be 192.168.1.64.
