No cloud settings

Hello.
My camera is unable to connect to the cloud service, Because there is no tab with cloud settings. Please tell me how to connect this camera to the cloud service. Need to change region?

Hikvision isn't consumer grade, so there is no cloud service offered (unless you are counting insecure methods to connect remote like P2P). Most people do not even allow a Hikvision or Dahua to reach the internet...

Think Ring, Arlo, Nest, Reolink, etc. if you want cloud based services...

It does have its Hik-Connect P2P service. The tab usually is between Email and HTTPS on that Advanced Settings page. Not sure why that cam doesn't have it. Maybe as wittaj says they don't expect anyone with that cam to be using P2P. But they do show it in the manual.

Make sure after upgrading firmware to restore to factory settings, sometimes newly loaded firmware will not take effect before factory.

Bumping this old thread. I am the guy that was quoted having this problem with my DS-2DF8236I-AEL. Does anyone have any more input on this?
