No iPhone access

Hi, I have bought a Sricam IP camera so that I can watch my puppy at home whilst I walk my adult dog. All works very well at home, when my phone is connected to the wifi, but not with data roaming on the EE network when I am out walking. It tells me that the device is offline. What am I doing wrong?

You will have to open the relevant ports in your router to allow remote access. If you have a dynamic IP adreess you will have to use a DDNS.

OR

Your router may have a VPN server you could use.
