Hi !
I'm running the following:
Hikvision NVR DS-2CD2032-I
V3.1.4 build 150625
3TB Purple Drive
Just last week I noticed the Hikvision NVR DS-2CD2032-I was not recording any video footage, however, I could see that each camera was up and running. When I when to HDD management, under "status" it showed that drive did "not exist". After replacing the power supply in Hikvision NVR DS-2CD2032-I, the hard drive status changed from "not exist" to "normal". However, I am still unable to record to the hard drive. I still see "No record file" under the playback tab menu of the Hikvision NVR DS-2CD2032-I.
I have power cycled the NVR as well and power cycled each camera and still no luck in being able to record. I have connected to each camera and selected to manually record from each camera , nothing records, and under playback I only see "No record"
Any help would be appreciated!
