No recording icon

Cameras don't seem to be recording. It looks like the only icon in the top right of the camera picture is a gray bell. It doesn't have the gray circle that indicates it's ready to record alerts/etc. I'm not sure what that means or how to resolve it.

I've tried repairing/regenerating the database based off another thread I saw, but that didn't seem to fix the issue.

Update: I adjusted some of the trigger settings and it seems to have fixed the issue. I'm using an older version of blue iris at home and the gray recording icon is always present. Not sure if they changed something with that on the newer update?

Back in August a change was made. From the help file: "A new camera status “bell” icon replaces the trigger icon once an alert is confirmed. This helps to emphasize the difference between the “triggered” and “alerted” states—not all triggers become alerts based on filters and AI analysis."​
