Hey, I am having promblem with BI. I am currently running 35 cameras and one camera is coming in and out every few secs of no signal. The camera wire is okay since its working fine on my lorex nvr. the camera I have is LNE9252B.

How are your cameras connected to your Bi machine? Have you tried changing the Port for your camera that is failing? It might be an issue with the Switch port?
All outdoor cams that in any way water can make it into the harness need butyl rubber tape on the connections. Even a good idea to use it as it keeps humidity and such out. I know they have those tampon torpedoes on the end to cover the connectors. Those cheasy o-rings fail and cause the cam to become inop. I've had to do a couple Ethernet repairs on some Lorex cams. Strong rains allow water inside the connections. Corrosion city kicks in and kills the connectors.
Test your cable with an Ethernet cable tester. Make sure all 8 conductors are present. Only need 4 on a 10/100 line.
Could be your POE device with a weak power supply or switch port.
