Hoping someone can help.
Had 2x DS-2DF-572-PTZ cameras fitted on one of my sites and can view all ok over browser. I'm using DVTEL Latitude 6.4 as front end software and have discovered the cameras on to system. The issue is I cannot get the video to display, usually solved by reducing MTU value in TCP/IP settings but no luck. I am starting to suspect firmware incompatible- they have v4.1.6 build 130422, DVTel website says 4.0.0 is certified working for Latitude 6.4, HIKVision tech support say cannot roll back firmware that far so I'm at a stalemate
