noob stuck iVMS-4200 PCNVR

Trying to install iVMS-4200 PCNVR , default admin and pw fail. already have iVMS-4200 client installed.

Why doesn't default work?

Can't remember login and pw for that either it's auto login.

Is the Login and PW stored in the Camera or the software.

How do I find or reset it?

The passwords are stored in the camera or the NVR. The software needs to match.The software will store the credentials, they just need to be entered the first time.
