NOOBY Settings Question for IPC-T2831T-ZS S2

First I thought the pic is great ... then ... OK ... now I question the quality ?!

Q: Why are my pics (BI snapshots) so GRAINY ?

Any ideas / pointers what I could have set wrong?

Is the Snapshot quality %age set at a low number? I’m not sure what the default .jpg quality is set at in BI, but I seem to remember going in a turning the quality up to 95% in the settings menu.

Its set to the highest ... largest size.

I thinks is something to do with COMPRESSION ARTIFACTS ...

Looking at another sample:

It seems my quality is MILES away ...
