Not getting camera triggers

I have been having issues now for a few weeks getting my cameras to trigger and subsequently send an app notification with motion. For example, today I left for work and walked out to my truck and left and the only camera that consistently triggers is the Reolink doorbell camera. It doesn't send app notifications however.

I used to use geofencing, and thought this was the issue, but I have disabled that feature. I also turned off the AI detection trying to rule that out. I took pictures of the settings on the doorbell camera and compared to my other 2 that I want motion detection to work and the only difference is the other 2 cameras continuously record.

Motion is checked on, I have my iPhone configured in the "On alert" section, and it's "enabled" in the "Mobile devices" tab.

I'm running out of ideas besides clearing out all my settings and trying again from scratch

The important screenshots are missing - the motion detection screens

What is make time?
Is the whole field of view marked to trigger or just slithers of the field of view?
Do you have move X number of pixels turned on off?
Do you have reset after 67% off or on?

Those are the items that determine if the camera triggers or not.

I have been messing with settings while at work and I think I got the front yard camera working? Among all the settings I changed I got rid of my custom zone and now it's giving triggers when vehicles go down the road. (PReviously I had it masked out and will remask it again once I get everything working again)
Still no app notification though.

Make time is 0.5. It was 1 and I tried lowering it to get it to work.
I have object detection turned off.

Blue Iris is on version 5.9.3.4. I tried deleting everything from the Blue Iris app, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and reconfiguring the cameras, still no notifications

So far I believe I fixed this. The issue was CodeProject AI. It must have become corrupt or something. I uninstalled and reinstalled and so far so good.
