I recently purchased the NSC-DB2 doorbell and it is working, except for the SD card. It keeps giving an exception and the doorbell is flashing red.
I have ejected and initialized the card multiple times and each time I get an exception within a day.
I have used different SD cards and get the same issues.
The doorbell has the latest firmware installed, 5.2.4.
Has anyone seen this issue before? I am feeling like this is an issue with the doorbell itself. Any help is appreciated. Thank yiou
