Hello there!
I'm new to this so please forgive such a basic question. I have LTS cameras installed and I am trying to view them on NVMS7000. I can manage to get playback signals but I cannot get Live signals from my cameras. I receive a message to go to the camera modification screen (or something to this effect) and enter my encryption key. I dug around and thought that maybe I had managed to do this but apparently not as I still get the same message with no live feed signals.
I can see the listing of the cameras but they have generic names. I'd like to modify the camera names to be more descriptive in the NVMS7000 software also.
This is running on Windows 10. Can anyone suggest how to successfully enter my camera encryption key in this software?
