NVMS7000 connection failed

I have the LTS security camera with DVR system with NVMS7000 downloaded on my iPhone/iPad. Not sure what happened (no changes in internet or anything else), but I can no longer view my cameras on iPhone or iPad. I can still see them on the DVR though. I keep getting a “connection failed” message. i watched a youtube video that suggested to double check the IP address. It was different than what was in the device configuration, so I changed that, but it still doesn’t work. Just double checking- what IP address am I supposed to be entering into the device information- I got a different address from “whatsmyipaddress.org” than when I clicked on my WiFi network (also, am I suppose to use the IP address or router number)? Should I try deleting the app and reinstalling? I’ve tried to reach out to the person who installed my system but have not heard back yet. Any guidance would be much appreciated. Thank you.
