Hi I bought a house with cameras installed and when it was set up the tech guy gave me the IP address and user name and password etc but sometime in the last 12 months it stopped working and when I open the app on my iPhone it won't connect to the cameras. Two questions (1) is there any subscription or fee needed to be paid to have remote access and (2) how do I check the IP address is correct maybe it has changed from my router or something like that?
