NVR 4108 or 4108HS?

I've noticed there are two models. The HS and non HS. It seems as if the form factor is the difference so far. All the spec list seems to be the same. Does anyone know the difference betweem the two?

The casing size; and I would say that the H model has a power on/off switch, while the HS just turns on as soon as you connect the power cable (no power switch).
