NVR 4208 brick with wrong firmware

hello,

i have flash my nvr4208 with a firmware from the nvr 2208. i dont know why.

what can i do to make the nvr alive.

yet the nvr do nothing, no boot no picture at the vga monitor no network and no beep at startup.
