NVR 4216-8P from alhua how reset to factory settings

Hi everybody,

Sometime ago I change the login password of
Those accounts:
admin
888888
User

And the worse ! ......I delete the hidden default account .
So at this time ...I can t enter in the main menu.
Well !
Its a pretty hard f.... situation
Could you please help on this and show me the process to restore the
Factory settings.
