NVR HEN Honeywell Restart

Our NVR Honeywell HEN restart itself until 10 times, then now we can't remote because the access via web for username & password failed
Our HDD configuration is a Raid 5, and its normally
Maybe any suggest?

Is uPNP enabled in your router?
