NVR only shows 5 of 6 streams

Hello guys,

I installed 6 x Mini Dome 4MP DS-2CD2542FWD-I together with a NVR 7608/E2/8P

All of the 6 Cams works perfectly over Browser or remote by the iVMS App for Smartphone.

I used a HDMI Monitor and connect it directly to the NVR and here I can only see 5 Cams. The 6th says "Not supported stream".
After double clicking the small preview window of this "Not supported stream" it's possible to see the video stream full screen.
But when I want to see all 6 Cams on one screen I got the error message again.

I tried to reduce the resolution of this Cam. I reduced also the bitrate, video quality with no success. I updated the firmware of this camera with no success

Do you have any idea?

tweak the substream settings, they are the culprit.. changing the primary stream's resolution/bitrate/encoding is not the solution.

Your right! The substream used mjpeg and not h264.
Is there a chance to switch it remotely to h264. Over the NVR this option is greyed out. So i have to change it directly on the IP cam.

I changed the settings locally from mjpeg to h264 and now it works
