nvr vstarcam n8209p motion detect not working , with vstarcam ip cam

anyone facing this issue ?
firstly , my ip cam vstarcam working well with mobile eye4 with sd card , all motion detection got split in the list of time that it detected.
but when i move to nvr , there are feature motion detection , use with Eseecloud application,the NVR can not detect any of movement ,it recorded split as 1 hr, not by movement.
is it becase of onvif protocal , or my nvr is just dump ? please help .

This is events motion dectect on Eseeclound apps, it notify me every 2 mins. there is no movement surely. not about sensity because I changed it every value , it still alert me every 2 mins when I turn on app push noti .
And this all events not related with my NVR box. cause in NVR playbox i still see 1 hr split record, no any detection.
