I just received a NVR5216-16P-4KS2E. I have it setup and working with a couple of Lorta Starlight cameras. I am attempting to add some Q-See cameras from my old system, I am running into a problem and hope someone can point me in the right direction. I have plugged two of these cameras into my new DRV, it sees them and adds them to the bottom of the camera page. The status will change to green on both of them and then it will change to red, after a bit the camera will go back to green and then back to red, they just keep going in and out. I did find a log file where it indicated the cameras were logging in and out. My initial guess was it might be a password issue but if that were the case then why would they be able to stay logged in for a few minutes. I have attached an image of the camera screen. If it might help diagnosing the problem my old Q-See system is still up and running. Any ideas on things I can try?

I suspect it is a ONVIF password issue conflict.

Are you able to factory reset the problem cameras and try again?

If that doesn't work, you may need to try to manually add them.

I could not figure out how to reset them. These cameras do not have an external reset button anywhere on them that I could find.

I am not sure if the cameras got their password from the NVR or if they used the default from Q-See. I have tried logging them in with the default password from Q-See and with the password for the Q-See NVR but the results were the same.
