Might I suggest you add an email signature to your profile? The signature would include model numbers of your eqpmt.
This makes it easier for folks to help you.
If you can't get your camera online, start a thread with a clear "subject" line, and specifics in the body of the posting. I'm sure folks will have guidance! It's a great forum!
