Hi All,

Since the introduction of sub-stream in v5.2.7, I am wondering if the sub-stream size is used when triggering based on the 'object travels pixels' setting.

For example, 192 pixels is 10% of the width of a 1920x1080 stream, but 192 pixels of a substream that's 640 wide is 30%. I'm pretty sure its the substream that is used for motion, but I want to make sure as this is a new feature.

From the update notes:
5.2.7 - May 1, 2020
You may now specify a second “sub” stream for an RTSP camera. The software will pull
video from both streams, using the main stream only for audio and direct-to-disc recording
(and playback) and the sub-stream for everything else. This really has become a necessity
with the popularity of 4K (8MP) cameras (and beyond).

That would be correct - it is discussed in this thread below. So if you use zones, you need to go in and set them up for the substream.
