Odd "aura" around moving objects

I installed a new camera recently (USAFEQLO brand). When viewing movement through it using Blue Iris, objects develop a bright, pixelated aura of sorts. The effect is not there when viewing through Tiny cam, so I suspect it has something to do with the way BI is processing the image. Any thoughts?

You have either the Test Run motion through motion detection turned on during playback AND/OR highlight motion on in the motion settings of the camera setup page.

Thanks Tony! I had "highlight" on. I normally have "rectangles" set, but hadn't gotten that far with this one's setup. Not sure how it got set that way, but it did. Thanks for the help!
