when I hook up the nvr and reboot it. it showed up at 192.168.254.1 . not the 192.0.0.64. I bought 4 of them from different places. 2 of them from the same place I bought it show up as 192.0.0.64. witch is good for upgrade. others show up as 192.168.254.1. anyone has any info why?
 
same model. same looking. just oem firmware. 4 of them from 2 oem brands. ex. LTS and HUNT. you can't upgrade them, that's what I got from them.
 
You can update LTS. Not all Hunt are Hikvision OEM IIRC. There may also be locks in place to prevent certain OEMs to update with other OEM firmware.
