Greetings all, first time working with Hikvision cameras and I'm wondering if there is some way to do on-demand control of the day/night mode to manually turn IR light on and off at will. Ideally I'm looking to leave day/night mode in "Auto" but be able to override it at will when viewing the camera. Same concept as what I've been able to do with prior Foscam and Dericam PTZ units I have used.
Specifically I have a DS-2CD2432F-IW running 5.3.0 that I would be looking to do this with, but am also looking to know about doing this in general across other 3MP/4MP models (bullets, domes, and turrets) as I'm looking to add another 7-10 cameras over time.
I will be purchasing an NVR, but at the moment I just have the single camera. So if there is different way to address these between single camera direct connection vs through an NVR, I would like to know that as well.
I've been using iVMS 4500 Lite to view on my iOS devices.
