One cam's audio is greyed out

Just realized this... I have several HDW-5231RP-Z and in the Android app all work swimmingly, except one, lol

The Audio access icon on THAT particular cam is greyed out and un-selectable . The mic icon is accessible to click on/off. I've looked everywhere I can think of but I'm not fluent. Thought maybe that stream MIA in the substream, but that seems to working. Tried a different Dahua camera profiles and no change.

Live audio is fine on that cam in the PC version (and in direct access to the camera). It gets recorded and when played in the Android app, I hear it. Just not accessible to select in the Android app.

What would be good areas to check settings in. Not many areas on the Android app itself, so it is something it needs access to that I'm missing.

Delete the cam profile and try try again?

Could simply be a different fw the app didn’t quite pick up. I’d reinstall latest version of the app

Double checked for, and reloaded newest cam firmware I could find, from dahua and not andy's though, not seeing one for old stuff like this, just to make sure nothing was corrupted. And uninstalled/rebooted/reinstalled/rebooted the Blue iris app, and no joy. Actually lost the MIC button, it's greyed out now, lol. Which is like the rest where they have no toggle available either (greyed our) so that is seemingly functioning as expected. I didn't think it had a speaker in it and wondered why it would toggle that button.

I'll keep delving into as time allows. Seems to be something that app is seeking, I assume it looks to the substream?

Odd, two other HDW-5231RP-Z have the speaker switch in the Android app enabled, and function as expected. lol. Not that important, maybe impetus to buy something new to play with on BF sales. lol
