OPEN IN DESKTOP FRAME

For some odd reason, BI started opening with two windows. The main control is blank, but it opens a second desktop frame for the video.

This is annoying as hell.. why is it doing this and how do I stop it?

Look in the context menu (right-click) for options about the desktop frame.

When I put the mouse over the live video and right click, a menu pops up and make sure that I UNclick that option.. then when I exit BI and restart my computer, BI does the same thing again.

That is odd. Maybe someone else knows why it would do that.
