It's down for me, not recognizing plates through the webhook and I can't log into the site.

FYI, site comes up for me @ 1640 hrs Central (I have no account).

When it's down the site loads, but it hangs when I try to log in.

Looks like it's back up now and old entries are going through.

They are still having issues. I'm getting downloads however they are not current. The information seems to be delayed by 30-60 minutes.
Also, some pk values seem to be out of order based on the timestamp.
