openALPR recognizes some of my cams, and does not recognize the one I am concerned with for LPR purposes. for testing purposes I turned off ONVIF Authentication temporarily for testing purposes when I tried configuring things, with no luck. Has anyone encountered this? If so, any suggestions are appreciated.

Hmm... lets see if I can imagine what camera model you have. Sorry all I got was a "-" in the model number.

IIRC the Z12 has two substreams and the 4231 only has 1 substream. Might be an issue with the rstp stream you're passing.

The Wizard finds the cam, and displays the 2 streams from the cam. It will not connect to the cam via either stream. "UNABLE TO CAPTURE FROM YOUR VIDEO SOURCE" is the error I get. I am not sure how to figure this issue out.
