Openvpn on Edgerouter 4

I have an edgerouter 4 that id like to have openvpn on to view my cameras remotely without port forwarding
the router is basically setup up with default settings
i just was as simple of setup as possible to get me going, remote viewing will be from a windows laptop and an android smartphone
if i follow this guide i have linked to, will it accomplish that
