Operator/User can not view certain cameras

I just added 3 camera's to an existing system. The System is all HikVision (NVR and cameras).

I can view all camera's as admin being logged into the NVR. I can also view all camera's remote via login and also mobile on the app. "Operator's" and "User's" can not view the new camera's. It tells them "live view failed". 2 of the new camera's are the same model as one of the previously installed versions and I don't have problems with the older camera. (I do know that one is on an older firmware version though). All of the 3 new camera's are on the latest and greatest firmware version from the HikVision Tech site.

I'm assuming it's a setting somewhere. Possibly something with the newer version of the firmware. I can't seem to find it though. Any suggestions?
 
Use the mouse directly connected to the NVR. Select "system configuration"', then select "user". You should see admin and whatever you call the other user. Select the "checkmark" under the column labeled "permis" of the non-Amin user. Now select the tab labeled "camera configuration". Make sure all active cameras are checked. Click "apply" and you are done.
