Osprey nest camera (12V- solar) problems

We are going to have a couple cameras on Osprey nests.
We have to use dyn/dns because our (donated) mobile SIM does not have stationary/public IP-adress.
We need to save the recorded stream for a couple of days and we have used Angelcam. This has been working fine with Dahua cameras.
BUT last year we bought a complete new system with Milesight IP camera. The seller promised to put the stream on-line in web and managed to it on YouTube.
BUT did not manage to put it on Angelcam...(Well, at fist they managed but after an electric outage it dropped sending...).

Well, they are now, for this new season, trying to make this happen : Angelcam+YouTube...but still not managed...

We use solar-power and Teltonika-routers.

QUESTION: What would be a simple and easy camera for this outdoor use?

Another problem: we were obliged to visit this camera a couple of times last summer to boot the system. It is on an island...

We are trying now to use a remote booting system : Victron Global 520. BUT the fist piece we bought did not cut the power (is has a relay).

Well, we got a new one...it functioned once!

Now it does not cut the power anymore, even when it shows remotely that the power should be cut....

Solution found: BlueTooth and VRM should not be used at the same time...
