Overall Red Hue in color mode

I have a 5 yr. old 32X Dahua ptz poe camera that has a red hue in color mode, B&W ok, and camera reset is no help. Is there anything I can try myself, as I live in Florida & can't find a repair center anywhere in America. I figure it's a board issue but I don't know if I can get parts anywhere, or even if repair would be too costly to justify doing.. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance

Is there any improvement by adjusting the white balance?

That looks like the classic case of the IR filter getting stuck.

Switch it between color and B/W a few times.

If that doesn't work hit the camera with a hammer or screwdriver to try to jar it lose.

I've tried every adjustment & no help, I will try to switch between BW & color a few times, and since I don't know of a repair center or part supplier, I'll hit the damn thing with a mallet a few times before I trash it, why not, I've tried everything I can think of. I actually fixed a copier once that nobody could figure out, I used it because I noticed a bent frame, and it fixed it!!! lol

When you say you reset it, does that mean you have power cycled it?

No, pushed the reset button for 35 seconds, & rebooted, & power cycled it! it's 3 AM here, I won't be available for the next 6-8 hours
