This is an old analog system that clearly needs to be updated soon. We observed these two enter the property and at first they appeared to be tennants. They went down stairs into the parking garage and started to check door handles. We then notified the Long Beach Police Department who responded a short time afterwards. The suspects ran right into the police and left their bicycles behind. The bikes ended up being stolen from a house next to the apartment building and were returned to the owner the next day.
