10th Generation Intel CPU's are out, and there's a website called siliconlottery.com (literally). Crazy that people would spend the premium just to purchase a higher-binned CPU and loose out on Intel's 3-year warranty. Also, ultimate question is, is there any way for manufacturer's to avoid a silicon lottery? It almost seems like Intel for example, is admitting they can't be consistent during the fabrication process. Are there any solutions? Will I win the SIlicon Lottery if I shell out more on the Vegas Strip?
