I don't know about you, but once I get started, they could be slapping the cuffs on me and dragging me away, and I might still have to finish the job!
You get a lot of activity around your place. Is there some kind of "vortex" or "gateway" to another dimension right at that intersection? Or are these just other members of this forum finding your place and messing with you?!!!
In my town, there is a local ordinance against whizzing in public. But out on the highways in this state, it is perfectly legal. That might be because there are only a couple of "rest areas" in the entire state, and a LOT of area.

Maybe the local club of exhibitionists has found an anonymous way to get their activities posted on line and worse will be seen in the future?
