Permission denied from IVMS-4500 to Cameras on External Switch

Hello,

I've recently expanded my Hikvision setup by adding two additional cameras. I have an NVR 7616 which supports 16 Cameras and has 8 on board POE ports. I have two new cameras connected to an external POE switch. Everything is working fine on the NVR and on iVMS-4200.

However I can't access the two new cameras (connected to the external POE switch) from my iPhone using iVMS-4500 when connected to the LAN. The other 8 cameras do work.

I've configured the new cameras the same as the others and am unsure why iVMS-4500 can't access whilst iVMS-4200 and the NVR have no problem.

Disregard that... after messing with this for hours I discovered I was using the wrong user from iVMS-4500. All good now.
