Based on comments at link below it appears to be a LearJet/Medical flight.

Emergency crews are responding to an explosion in Northeast Philadelphia after a small plane crashed in the area of Roosevelt Boulevard and Cottman Avenu, resulting in multiple houses being set on fire.

Two people were aboard the plane, according to police. It's unclear at this time if they were ejected or able to escape. There are several casualties reported on the ground, police added. The area where the crash happened is a densely residential neighbourhood and packed with rows of rowhomes.

It's unclear at this time what led to the crash or where the plane was coming from and heading toward.

Lots of cam views from different sources at link below.

Man that was hauling ass

I know it was a plane.

But it looks, sounds, and acts like a missile .
(have to be quick in the first second. Comes in from right to left)

These things often come in threes. I hope this time it's an exception.

Amazing to me that someone had the balls to fly a drone over that.

Tragic, passengers were Mexican child treated at Shriners hospital, small celebration for patient being released and going back to Mexico. Mother accompanying child. So sad.

It was accelerating. Full throttles trying to save it? Spatial disorientation?

Question is what made it do that?

Reached a max altitude of 1400 ft. Likely flew into a flock of Canadian geese taking out both engines and/or came through the canopy. Sunset was approximately 5:20 PM local time. Pilot would likely not have been able to see them at that time of day. Dual engine out and/or canopy breach at that altitude is almost certainly unrecoverable.

Canada Geese fly in family groups and flocks that vary in size. They migrate both during the day and at night, although they often take off around dusk.
