I keep getting a plate error 80002efd on stream plate recognizer. Any ideas?

I am running the latest Blue Iris version 5.7.1.3. Latest Docker Desktop version. I am connected to the Docker Desktop hub.

I emailed both Plate Recognizer support and BI support about a similar error I was seeing: Plate: error 80002ee2. I realize this thread is discussing a different error but they're likely related.

Plate Recognizer support replied saying, "We do not have this error code on our side. You should ask Blue Iris what it means."

BI support replied saying, "This is a simple timeout error. 2ee2 is hex for 12002: ERROR_INTERNET_TIMEOUT (12002). Please double check your Security Software Exemptions to make sure antivirus etc is not slowing or blocking network communication from Blue Iris."

If you hex convert your error code 2efd is it 12029.

Google links to a page explaining error 12029:
Communication issues related to errors 12002 and 12029 are usually related to a network block of some sort
This is usually related to a firewall blocking accessing the site for communication.
So as @Sidlinger suggested, it could be firewall related.

Good luck!
