PLEASE HELP!!! NVR not adding cameras after factroy reset

Hi my Hikvision plug and play NVR is not adding cameras after performing factory reset. Everything was working fine until performing the reset.

Bit like "Everything was working fine and then I tried to update the firmware with the wrong wrong"

Try resetting your cameras too.
