I bought a new Dahua IPC-HUM8441-E1-L3 camera and I am not able to operate on POE. I have another camera Dahua IPC-HUM8431-E1-L3 which works very well in POE. My Ubiquiti Unifi us-8-150W switch that all ports are POE+. I use a power injector with the first camera Dahua IPC-HUM8441-E1-L3 and works very well and I can configure it.
Why the first IPC-HUM8441-E1-L3 camera can't get power over ethernet?
What is the difference between IPC-HUM8441-E1-L3 and IPC-HUM8431-E1-L3?
