POE Tilt/Pan Mount for Turret - Anyone Know of One?

I would like one of my Color 4K-T cameras to change its tilt up/down near sunset and sunrise. I don't actually need it to pan, just tilt the turret up/down about 30 degrees.
Does anyone know of a remote controllable tilt base that one could mount a turret upon? Alternative of a full PTZ camera with 1/1.2 sensor is well beyond home CFO approval.

I guess I could also mount an additional Color 4K-T at the lower angle, but I'd prefer to stay with one camera.

Thanks some are the right price, but none seem to be meant for outdoor usage.
