Both my friend and I had an ongoing battle with our doorbell cameras for a while now. Had tried to tackle it in one point in time but gave up. August's customer service is quite useless and i don't wanna attempt with Skybells lol
I had checked both our transformers at that point and it was within the "recommendations". Had thought maybe it was bad luck that a new house had a faulty transformer or my old house has a dying transformer but voltages checked out. I can check mine again if anyone wants updated numbers. My skybell periodically starts to flash blue and red, which has been said that its charging/low power. Which is kind of weird if its hardwired in right? Should theoretically be fully charged all the time.
Any ideas?
