Do what it says? disable VCA features for that camera.
What sort of cameras are connected? possibly their streams are too many bit/sec for the NVR to process.
try reducing the frame rate and/or max bit rate from the cam(s) in the camera's configuration. That
may allow enough headroom for the 'extra' processing required by the VCA features...
